Variety stated that “Charles Roven will remain the lead producer on Suicide Squad 2 and sources say Roven was very supportive of De Luca coming on board…”
Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Jared Leto have been confirmed to return for Suicide Squad 2, which will be written and directed by Gavin O’Connor (The Accountant, Warrior). It’s almost certain fans will see Rick Flagg (Joel Kinnaman), Captain Boomerang (Jai Courtney) and Karen Fukuhara as Katana.
